COVID19 shut us down. Caroline was able to pivot from public open house weekends to 100% private showings. She was constantly up to date on COVID19 restrictions and compliance. We continued to have a steady flow of prospective buyers. It was a lot of extra work for Caroline and Susan and we are grateful they kept us moving forward.
2) Communication: Caroline was effective with her communication skills. She used a variety of tools that worked well for the changes at home because of COVID19, Email, text messages, phone call, and DocuSign links helped get the job done.
